A holistic way to improve your health

Let us show you how Acupuncture and Homeopathy can help you:

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese system of healing which uses very fine needles, inserted into points on meridians along the body to bring about a change in the person's energy or 'Qi'.  It is a holistic therapy that takes into account people's health on a psychological, emotional and physical level. Homeopathy works on the principle of like cures like, so a very dilute substance is given to promote healing. That same substance would cause the same symptoms in a healthy person. For example stinging nettles (Urtica Urens) can be given in a very dilute form to treat hives.

Homeopathy and acupuncture can be used safely together and each can enhance the action of the other. With acupuncture offering more immediate relief from symptoms and homeopathy acting between treatments to support you.

A lot of people have Acupuncture and Homeopathy to help with specific problems such as headaches, osteoarthritis, eczema, asthma and lower back pain or to manage long term health problems such as autoimmune conditions.  Sometimes people come with non-specific complaints with the aim of feeling more balanced and better within themselves.
